Flowers Holiday Opens the Season

Today is Tsvetnitsa, the holiday of flowers here in Bulgaria, and Easter is coming in a week time for us the Orthodox. Greetings to all who carry a name of a flower, and Happy Easter to all Catholics too!! Now on to commemorate the special day for it is magic.

Go outside, miss not the warming sun, try to feel good and joyful, holidays are all about it. Take few blessed willow twigs from inside the church, and a pair of candles for Easter, then weave the twigs into a garland and put it on the front door of your home. Open it together with your heart as wide as you can welcome the holiday in. Follow the tradition along with intuition. Let both narrate today. Seek for fantasy and beauty. Remember Little Ida and her flowers?! It is the best of days to re-read the old fairy-tail. I can do for you.

Here, come and sit. I have prepared a meal of faery to sweeten the wonderful afternoon. Chocolate and blueberry ice-cream, delicious, with pieces of fresh strawberries and kiwi-fruit. Put all in the fridge just for few minutes and you are forwarded to the land of wonders. Yum, the spring has come!! The season of new life is now wide-open.

A Homemade Rose Wine Legend

Touching Him with fingers, gently, melting down with their tops the coldness of His armour, my hand smoothly floating along the Crystal and infatuating my sight highly upwards, to His same crown. Glancing where the ring is, straight to heart. Facing in His clear rose water and deeply diving myself in the quest of Truth, which, they say, He carries inside. Together with Her, we are now part of the same fountain. She and He are one and drinking from Her to save myself from drowning in Him. Drying up, He is more igneous and liquefying me. Rivers, abounding of Wine, running through my veins, back to my ancestors. Some of them with dark-blue blood wielding power from golden thrones, and others with voluptuous lips of ruby braiding amber and copper in their hair. The lands of them, both close and distant, sometimes spreading in green, fragrant, lush, sometimes white with snow, huddling in drifts of silence. Shall be coming back, filling a new glass, emerging with the spiral flow from the depths onto the surface.

Master of My Daylight Harmony

Food is a science.
Food is an art.
Love for food comes right from your heart.
Your perceptions are the masters for it is the pleasure bringer. What would you find without the dive for colours; feel without the swirl of forms... Shall you haunt to taste without you crave for satisfaction?!
Sensual completeness.

My usual late breakfast.
And every time it is an opening of a new universe.
The day will be another; the day would never be unique without delighting senses with it. A cup of coffee, black, with a spoonful of brown sugar and apple bread with nuts, two precious slices, tiny layered with white cream cheese.
Harmonious and gentle.
A simple masterpiece.

My Salmon Saturday Temptation

My traditional Saturday lunch.

Her Majesty the Salmon in its glamorous attire of fresh green salad with olive oil and spring onions. I guess more words are useless here. Take a comfortable seat and dive your eyes in the irresistible sight just coming... Ah, and Cheers!! With what is to your liking. A glass of rose wine, why not a pint of beer - both tempting, cold and crystal.
